This "Thank You" note recently came from a client in response to one of our regular updates on the progress being made by five of their employees, who have embarked on our Individual Outplacement Programme.
Whilst a Group and 1:1 Programme combination was considered, in this case Individual programmes were seen as the best approach to be adopted, due to the participants' varying functions and positions held.
Some were assisted with reapplying for their positions, whilst others have either been focused on identifying their strengths and how to address weaknesses that are relevant to future opportunities, CV formatting, various approaches to job search, LinkedIn profiles, social media and job portals, interview skills, job offers or negotiation, depending on what stage in career transition they are at .
